How can I order a copy of The Annotated Hasheesh Eater?

Please add $2 for shipping in the United States, and 7.25% sales tax for orders shipped to California. I can’t find "index.html" – the closest I see is "index~1.htm" – what’s wrong?

Your computer is having difficulty understanding the Joliet file system used on the CD-ROM. This is sometimes the case with Macintosh systems. If you are using a Macintosh, you can try installing the freeware program Joliet File System for Mac OS. Windows and Linux systems should not experience this problem. If you are unable to get the Joliet File System working on your computer, send me an email at dave@eorbit.net and I will try to work with you to create a different solution.

I put the CD-ROM in the computer, but nothing happened – what’s wrong?

The CD-ROM is not designed to start automatically when it is put into the CD-ROM drive. You need to open the “index.html” file on the CD-ROM to start using The Annotated Hasheesh Eater. You can do this in a number of ways:

• In your web browser, choose “Open File” from the “File” menu, then open the “index.html” file from the CD-ROM
• or, open the CD-ROM drive contents by double-clicking on the “CD-ROM” or “My Computer” icon, then find the “index.html” file and double-click on its icon
• or, instead of double-clicking, you may be able to drag-and-drop the “index.html” file icon into your browser, or onto the icon representing your browser on the desktop.
